Christina Codemo, MS, CHMM, CAC, REA - Project Manager
Ms. Codemo is a Senior Biologist and Environmental Assessment
Manager with SCA. Ms. Codemo has experience in environmental site
assessment, hazardous materials management, integrated pest management
programs, and biological resource studies. She has prepared
Environmental Protection Plans, Resource Inventories, and Mitigation
Plans.
Ms. Codemo has managed numerous environmental site assessments for
non-profit and for-profit developers. The sites have included
commercial and light industrial properties in multiple jurisdictions
throughout the Western United States. For example, she managed the
Phase 1 assessment, radon survey, and historical review of the
1,100-unit Darby Woods complex in Columbus, Ohio.
Ms. Codemo's site assessment clients include SunAmerica, McCormack
Baron & Associates, Bank of America, the San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency, Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation,
and the Chinatown Development Corporation.
Ms. Codemo prepared an integrated pest management (IPM) program for
the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. The program addressed
the PUC's facilities in Hetchy Hetchy, Sunol, San Mateo, and San
Francisco, including over 200 miles of pipeline, and over 30 pump
stations, reservoirs, and power-generating facilities. The program
included an inventory database of 120 chemical pesticides and usage
quantities, and non-chemical and least toxic methods for controlling
pests. The document was presented in as electronic hypertext document
for PUC use.
